Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented US Technical IT Recruiter with strong knowledge of US hiring practices, visa types, tax terms, and candidate validation techniques. The ideal candidate should be capable of sourcing high-quality technical talent, understanding client requirements, and ensuring candidate authenticity throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The role requires experience working with both direct clients and implementation partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Work with direct clients and implementation partners to understand job requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial screening to evaluate technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
- Validate candidate authenticity by thoroughly checking experience, project work, and employment history.
- Ensure candidate alignment with client/vendor requirements and compliance standards.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage the offer process.
- Negotiate compensation based on market standards and candidate expectations.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong understanding of US IT recruitment processes and terminology.
- Proven experience working with implementation partners and direct clients.
- Hands-on experience with various visa types.
- Good knowledge of US tax terms:
- W2, C2C (Corp-to-Corp), 1099.
- Ability to identify genuine candidate’s vs fake profiles:
- Validate resumes through detailed questioning.
- Check consistency in employment timelines and technical skills.
- Verify communication skills and real-time problem-solving ability.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and job portals (Ceipal, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful placements in the US market.
- Experience managing vendor layers and client coordination.
