🚀 We’re Hiring: US IT Recruiter (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
New York Technology Partners is looking for a US IT Recruiter with 6 months to 2 years of experience to join our growing team.
📍 Location: Indore (Onsite)
Key Requirements:
✔ Strong understanding of IT requirements
✔ Experience working on C2C and W2 hiring
✔ Hands-on experience with direct clients and implementation partners
✔ Must have experience using job portals (Dice, Monster etc.)
✔ Expert in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
