Job Title: US IT Executive Recruiter - Night Shifts

Role & responsibilities
- Handle complete recruitment life cycle for US clients.
- Work on Direct Clients, Implementation Partners, and Prime Vendors requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and internal databases.
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
- Work on different tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Understand various US work visas like H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong understanding of US IT Recruitment process.
- Knowledge of US visa types and tax terms.
- Experience using ATS and job portals.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in night shifts (US timings).
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
