Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a US IT Recruiter. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and identify suitable candidates for technical and IT roles. You will also build strong relationships with candidates and provide a positive hiring experience while ensuring timely hiring to meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
- Strong skills in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting processes
- Experience in Hiring and understanding technical job descriptions and requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Knowledge of the US IT job market, workforce dynamics, and work authorization processes
- Previous experience in recruiting for technical roles in the technology or IT domain is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
