Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our recruiting team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time opportunities across the United States. The recruiter should be familiar with various IT technologies, US hiring practices, tax terms, and recruitment tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and database searches
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, communication, experience, visa status, and client requirements
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
- Negotiate pay rates, terms, and onboarding details with candidates
- Maintain regular follow-ups with consultants and candidates throughout the hiring process
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
- Understand client job requirements and deliver qualified candidates within deadlines
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems
- Build strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with client submission processes and documentation requirements
