🔍Role Overview:
As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for clients across the United States. You'll play a key role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle and building strong candidate pipelines.
💼Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit IT candidates for US-based clients (W2, C2C, 1099 roles)
Work on requirements across technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, and more
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit Coordinate with hiring managers and clients for interview scheduling
Manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes
Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS
✅Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in US IT recruitment Hands-on experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
