Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Recruiter, located in Hyderabad. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various IT positions. The role involves conducting technical recruiting, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline to ensure effective staffing solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and candidate management.
- Expertise in IT Recruitment with a deep understanding of technical roles and requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in Hiring and Recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Strong Technical Recruiting skills with the ability to identify and assess highly technical candidates effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
