- Job Title: US IT / Non-IT Recruiter
- Location: Thane, Mumbai (Onsite)
- Experience: Minimum 1-20 years Year in US Recruitment
- Joining: Immediate or within 10-15 Days
- Compensation: No bar for the right candidate
📝 Job Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients.
- Coordinate interviews and handle offer negotiations.
- Maintain ATS records accurately and efficiently.
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 1-20 years of experience in US IT or Non-IT Recruitment.
- Good understanding of US Tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and Visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
