Job Description
We are seeking experienced and dynamic US IT / Non-IT Recruiters, Leads, and Managers to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment, managing teams (for lead/manager roles), and ensuring successful talent delivery for our US clients.
Key Responsibilities
For Recruiter:
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships while achieving hiring targets.
For Lead / Manager:
- Handle a team of recruiters, providing training, guidance, and performance management.
- Assign requirements, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery to clients.
- Collaborate with account managers and leadership on hiring strategies.
- Ensure achievement of individual and team targets while maintaining quality.
- Drive process improvements and optimize recruitment operations.
Requirements
- Recruiter: Minimum 3+ years of US IT/Non-IT recruitment experience.
- Lead / Manager: 7–20 years of experience with proven leadership in US recruitment.
- Strong expertise with tools like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and Visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work night shifts (US time zone).
