Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a US IT Recruiter located in Kukatpalli. The US IT Recruiter will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and acquiring talent for technical roles. Responsibilities include identifying qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, building strong candidate pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and execute tailored recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting
- Proficiency in IT Recruitment, including identifying and evaluating candidates for technical positions
- Skills in Hiring and active Recruiting with a focus on building candidate pipelines
- Excellent interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of US work authorization and compliance is a plus
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
