Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a US IT Recruiter located in Kukatpalli. The US IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and hiring candidates for IT roles. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs, identifying qualified candidates for technical positions, conducting interviews, and maintaining an exceptional candidate experience. The recruiter will also stay updated on IT market trends and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment processes
- Skills in Hiring and Recruiting, with the ability to source and place top talent
- Expertise in Technical Recruiting, with a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and clients effectively
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with US employment laws and regulations is an added advantage
