We are looking for a dynamic and driven US IT Recruiter to join our growing team! If you have a passion for talent acquisition, experience in US staffing, and thrive in a fast-paced environment—this role is for you.
Location: Bangalore (MG Road)
Work Mode: 100% On-site (5 days a week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
- Screen, shortlist, and qualify candidates based on client requirements
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals
- Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1–5+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment
- Strong understanding of US staffing processes & tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Hands-on experience with job boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
