What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
- Work on direct client requirements (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Source top talent via Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Screen, evaluate, and present candidates quickly and effectively
- Coordinate interviews and drive the process till closure
- Build and maintain a strong, active pipeline of IT candidates
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
What We’re Looking For
- 1–5+ years of experience in US IT Staffing
- Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience with major job portals and sourcing techniques
- Someone who is proactive, aggressive, and result-oriented
