Only candidates with hands-on experience in US/Canada IT staffing (W2 roles) will be considered.
Profiles with only domestic recruitment experience will not be evaluated.
💼 Role Overview
We are hiring a performance-driven US IT Recruiter with proven expertise in W2 staffing for North American clients. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, working on direct client/MSP requirements, closing niche technical roles, and consistently delivering on hiring targets.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment (W2 / Direct Clients / MSP roles)
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Boolean search, job boards & networking
• Work on high-volume + niche tech requirements (Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data, etc.)
• Maintain a strong pipeline for active and passive candidates
• Manage offer negotiations, rate discussions, and closures
• Ensure quick turnaround time on submissions and closures
• Collaborate with account managers & hiring managers for priority roles
📊 Performance Expectations (Must-Have)
• Proven track record of consistent monthly W2 closures
• Strong submission-to-interview and offer-to-join ratios
• Ability to close hard-to-fill technical roles within deadlines
• Experience handling multiple requirements simultaneously
✅ Mandatory Requirements
• 3–5 years of US IT staffing experience (W2 hiring is a must)
• Hands-on experience working with Direct Clients / MSP / VMS roles
• Strong expertise in Boolean search & advanced sourcing techniques
• Experience using ATS tools (Bullhorn, iCIMS, Greenhouse, etc.)
• Solid understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
⭐ Good to Have
• Experience with compliance, background checks, and onboarding for US hires
• Certifications like AIRS / LinkedIn Certified Recruiter
• Prior experience in IT staffing agencies (North America focus)
