Job Description:
We are looking for a US IT Recruiter responsible for end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for US IT requirements
- Understand client requirements and technical skill sets
- Source candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and referrals
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
- Handle offers, negotiations, and onboarding
- Maintain candidate pipeline and ATS data
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2-4 years of strong experience of US IT recruitment processes
- Skilled in recruiting for Core IT roles.
- Experience with visa types (USC, GC, EAD-GC, H1B, OPT)
- Hands-on experience with assessment tools, sourcing tools, and job boards.
- Expertise in C2C/1099/W2 hiring
- Experience with ATS and job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and referrals
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
- Ability to work in US time zones
