We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in IT staffing for State Government accounts. This is a hands-on recruitment role requiring expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for government clients.

We are looking for an immediate joiner who can start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit IT professionals through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Recruit specifically for State Government IT projects and understand government hiring requirements.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and HR interviews.
- Perform Boolean searches and advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of government IT candidates.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain candidate records in ATS and recruitment databases.
- Stay updated with government staffing trends, employment regulations, and IT market conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of Technical IT Recruitment experience.
- Mandatory experience recruiting for State Government IT accounts (State Government staffing experience is required).
- Experience working with State Government clients such as Texas DIR, ITSAC, CATS+, NASPO, or other state government contracts is highly preferred.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Boolean search techniques.
- Experience using ATS and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of government staffing processes and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
