🚀 Hiring: US IT Recruiter
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven US IT Recruiter to join our growing team.
🕒 Shift: Night Shift
⏰ Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST
📍 Location: Cyber Towers, Hitech City, Hyderabad (Onsite)
💼 Experience: 2–4 Years
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other job portals
- Screen profiles, submit candidates, coordinate interviews, and close positions
- Work on US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099)
- Recruit US Citizens & Green Card holders
- Good understanding of visa types (H1B, OPT, EAD, L1/L2, GC, TN)
🔹 Requirements:
- Strong headhunting & Boolean search expertise
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive attitude
