Role: US IT Recruiter

Immediate Joiners can apply
- 12-24 months of experience in Talent Acquisition or IT Recruitment.
- Proficient in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for IT roles.
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to understand technical job requirements and assess candidate qualifications.
- Knowledge of the IT industry and current hiring trends.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Note:
- We are 5.5 Days working (alternate Saturdays off)
- You shift hours will be from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (on Saturday 12PM-9pm)
- We have mandatory 24 months stability agreement
