Role Description
We are seeking a skilled US IT Recruiter for a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding technical talent. Responsibilities include identifying qualified candidates, building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, and understanding technical job requirements. The role involves meeting hiring timelines while ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
Preferred
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment processes
- Expertise in Technical Recruiting and identifying highly skilled technical professionals
- Strong skills in Hiring and talent acquisition strategies
- Must have in-depth knowledge of US Tax terms, Visas, US citizens and green card holders
- Ability to build positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, particularly in the US market
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
