Job Description: US IT Recruiter
- Location : Ranchi, Noida.

- • Must have US IT recruitment experience of 2-5 years & in-depth knowledge of the Recruitment life cycle.
- • Since we are working on mostly Implementation Client requirements, so must focus on the quality of candidates.
- • Must have excellent verbal and written Communication skills.
- • Must have worked on IT requirements, as we only work on core IT positions.
- • Adept in sourcing quality candidates from LinkedIn, Dice, Monster etc.
- • Understand differences in various tax terms like W2, 1099, C2C etc.
- • Basic understanding on Immigration concepts like H1B, GC process etc.
- • Good to have: Candidate should have experience working with DIRECT CLIENT/s (high tech companies) without any layers.
