Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a US IT Recruiter. The US IT Recruiter will manage full-life cycle recruiting for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for technical positions. Responsibilities include developing hiring strategies, identifying qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing goals. The recruiter will also maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with recruitment best practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including managing processes from sourcing to onboarding
- Strong expertise in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
- Experience in Hiring and general Recruiting across various technical roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Familiarity with the IT industry and technical skillsets required for various roles
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus
