Job Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (first preference)
Durgapur, West Bengal (second preference)
In this role:
- You will partner with the account team and Sr. Recruiter to understand staffing needs, screen resumes, and
- You will conduct telephonic phone interviews with candidates and coordinate interviews with the client's team
- You should be able to design and update job profiles, participate in job fairs organized by the company, shortlist qualified candidates, and be able to identify future staffing needs.
- You will recruit candidates and professionals on behalf of the company and its clients.
- You should have the efficiency to convince people and hire qualified and efficient candidates for the company.

What you will need:
- A minimum of 0–2 years of relevant experience as a recruiter, preferably in the recruitment industry.
- The candidate must be good in spoken English with excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to work and recruit with tight deadlines even when under pressure and still be able to provide good quality human resources.
- Must be able to multitask, be genuine and empathetic in communication, and be a good listener.
- You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software required for recruitment.
- Should have the convincing ability to relate to people at all levels with good time management skills.
- Be target-driven, data-driven, ambitious, responsible, and committed.
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify recruitment trends and challenges.
- Should be patient and mature enough to handle sales pressure and deliver the best results.
