We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong sourcing and end-to-end recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end US IT recruitment
- Source candidates via job portals and LinkedIn
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate with clients and schedule interviews
- Manage offers, negotiation, and onboarding
- Maintain candidate pipeline and ATS
🛠️ Requirements
- 2–3 years in US IT Staffing
- Strong knowledge of IT roles & technologies
- Experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Willingness to work in US shift
🎯 Plus
- Experience with direct clients/implementation partners
- Knowledge of visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC)
