About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior US IT Recruiter specializing in W2 hiring to join our dynamic team at RSA Tech. This on-site role is based in Madhapur, Hyderabad, and is ideal for professionals who excel in fast-paced staffing environments and possess a passion for closing technical positions efficiently. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, focusing primarily on W2 placements, while also handling C2C and 1099 requirements. Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in US IT recruitment, with a strong emphasis on W2 staffing. Candidates must possess a comprehensive understanding of US work authorization types such as USC, GC, H1B, OPT, and others. Proficiency in sourcing candidates through platforms like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals is essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to work under targets and deadlines. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Handle the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding.
- Focus primarily on W2 requirements, ensuring timely sourcing and placement of candidates.
- Manage hiring for C2C and 1099 roles as per client needs.
- Source and identify suitable candidates via job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR and technical assessments, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Negotiate salary rates and employment terms to close positions efficiently.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate database regularly.
- Stay updated on US employment regulations and compliance standards related to staffing.
