We are seeking a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. If you have a strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle and a passion for identifying top talent, we would love to hear from you.
🔹 Job Title: US IT Recruiter
📍 Location: Manjeera Trinity Corporate, JNTU Road, KPHB III Phase, Hyderabad
🕒 Shift Timings: 06:30 PM – 03:30 AM (US Shift)
🏢 Work Mode: Onsite
💼 Experience Required: 2–5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other recruitment platforms
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on client requirements
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals
• Ensure timely submissions and maintain recruitment reports and trackers
Required Qualifications:
• 2–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Good understanding of US staffing processes and tax terms
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in niche skills hiring (Cloud, Data, DevOps, etc.)
- Strong vendor network
- Negotiation & closing skills
