Job Title: Senior Executive – US IT Staffing

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and motivated US IT Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals, along with a strong understanding of US hiring practices and tax terms.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to placement)
- Source candidates through job portals such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
- Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate technical fit
- Coordinate with candidates and clients for interview scheduling
- Ensure timely submission of quality profiles
- Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Negotiate rates/salaries and manage offer closures
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates
Required Skills & Qualifications:- 2–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
- Strong understanding of US Tax Terms: W2, 1099, C2C
- Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and coordination abilities
- Ability to work in EST shift timings
- Self-motivated and target-driven
