About the Role: We are seeking motivated and driven US IT Recruiters to join our dynamic recruitment team. This position involves recruiting and sourcing skilled IT professionals for our US clients. As a US IT Recruiter, you will play a key role in building relationships with both candidates and clients while managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals looking to launch their careers in recruitment, particularly in the US staffing and IT sector.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and sourcing skilled IT/Non-IT/Engineering professionals for US clients.
- Building relationships with candidates and clients.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA, BCA, B.Tech Preferred).
Required Skills:
- 0-1 years of experience in IT recruitment, US staffing, or recruitment in a technical field (Fresher candidates are welcome to apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with both candidates and clients in a professional and clear manner.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in IT recruitment or US staffing is a plus.
