About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced US staffing environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Source and identify qualified IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Review and screen resumes based on client requirements and technical skill sets.
• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements from direct clients, MSPs, and prime vendors.
• Conduct initial HR screening and technical evaluation of candidates.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients within quick turnaround time.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate salary/rate terms and ensure successful closures.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients during the hiring process.
• Update and maintain candidate data in ATS/CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with US work authorization types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, EAD).
Required Skills
• 2–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing
• Strong experience working with VMS/MSP clients and direct clients
• Good understanding of IT technologies and job roles
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in US Night Shifts
