We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead our growth in the US IT Recruitment market. Your mission is simple but challenging: hunt down new logos, build lasting relationships with hiring managers, and secure high-value staffing contracts.

If you have a "hunter" mentality, a deep understanding of the US tech landscape, and the ability to navigate the nuances of various visa types and tax terms, we want to talk to you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Market Penetration: Identify and acquire new Tier-1 clients and direct implementation partners across the United States.
  • Strategic Networking: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and industry events.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their technical requirements are clearly understood and met.
  • Contract Negotiation: Navigate Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and negotiate competitive margins and payment terms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the offshore/onshore recruitment teams to ensure high-quality delivery on open requirements.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on US tech trends, competitor movements, and shifts in the IT labor market (H1B, GC, C2C, W2, etc.).


Required Skills & Qualifications


Experience

  • 2+ years in US IT Staffing/Recruitment sales.

Industry Knowledge

  • Proven track record with C2C, W2, and 1099 tax terms.

Client Portfolio

  • Existing network of Tier-1 vendors or direct clients is highly preferred.

Communication

  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills (US accent neutrality is a plus).

Tools

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and various ATS/CRM platforms.

Shift

  • Must be comfortable working in US Night Shifts (EST/CST/PST).
