We are looking for highly motivated IT Bench Sales Recruiters to join our US IT Staffing team and drive placements in these high-demand technology areas.
Role & Responsibilities
- Market Bench Consultants – Promote and place IT consultants specializing in ERP, Validation, Data Analytics, Automation, and Cybersecurity with top clients and Tier-1 vendors.
- Identify Project Openings – Source relevant job requirements through vendor networks, job portals, and direct client contacts.
- Match & Submit Profiles – Find the best-fit roles for our consultants, submit resumes, coordinate interviews, and close deals.
- Consultant Engagement – Maintain strong relationships with consultants and keep them updated on job submissions and interviews.
- Follow Up & Close Deals – Coordinate with clients, vendors, and consultants until final placement.
- Build & Expand Client Networks – Develop long-term relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers at IT consulting firms.
- Achieve Sales Targets – Meet and exceed monthly placement and revenue goals.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends – Be familiar with SAP, Workday, MS Dynamics, Validation, Data Analytics, Automation, and Cybersecurity technologies.
- Expand Our Consultant Bench – Recruit skilled IT consultants through job boards, networking, and referrals.
- Ensure Compliance – Adhere to all US staffing laws, tax regulations, and employment best practices.
Skills & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).
- Experience: 3-5 years in US IT Bench Sales, preferably in ERP, Validation, Data Analytics, Automation, and Cybersecurity staffing.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of US IT staffing, recruitment processes, and consultant placements.
- Excellent Communication: Proven ability in cold calling, rate negotiation, and deal closures.
- US Work Authorization Knowledge: Experience working with OPT/CPT, H1B, EAD, TN, USC, and GC candidates.
- US Tax Terms Expertise: Hands-on experience with W2, Corp-to-Corp (C2C), and 1099 hiring models.
- Technical Awareness: Comfortable working with technologies related to ERP (SAP, Workday, MS Dynamics), Validation, Data Analytics, Automation (RPA, DevOps), and Cybersecurity.
