Role Description The Tax Analyst II will be responsible for supporting the Company's U.S. International Tax Compliance and Reporting functions. The role requires strong technical knowledge of U.S. international tax regulations, foreign information reporting forms such as 5471,8858, 8865, 89series forms, tax calculations such as GILTI, FDII, CBCR and cross-border transactions. The successful candidate will work closely with Tax team lead, offshore leaders and external advisors to ensure accurate and timely compliance with U.S. tax requirements.
Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience in US international Tax compliance.
- Strong US international tax knowledge, including Tax Planning and Tax strategy for cross-border operations.
- Hands-on experience in Tax Compliance form 5471, 5472, 8858 GILTI, FDII and Tax Preparation for corporate entities, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting complex tax regulations, analyzing data, and preparing detailed workpapers.
- Solid understanding of core Tax concepts and principles, with the ability to apply them to practical business scenarios.
- Relevant academic background such as MBA (Finance), or a degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and tax-related tools or ERP systems; comfort working with large datasets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present tax findings clearly to non-tax stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams, manage deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Prior experience in US international tax, Big 4 or large corporate tax departments is an advantage.
