We are looking for a highly experienced US Immigration Paralegal who can start immediately and handle cases independently from Day 1.
-> Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end immigration casework
• Draft and review PERM-based I-140 and EB-1C petitions
• Handle AOS and USCIS filings (I-130, I-485, etc.)
• Prepare and respond to RFEs
• Coordinate with US attorneys and clients
-> Requirements (Strict):
• 5+ years of US Immigration experience (Immigrant visas/Green Card)
• Strong hands-on experience with PERM, AOS, and USCIS processes
• Excellent drafting and documentation skills
• Ability to handle multiple cases in a fast-paced remote setup
• Comfortable working in US shift
