US HR Operations Specialist (Onsite - Vadodara)

Role Summary
We are looking for a highly organized US HR Operations professional to manage consultant onboarding, employee lifecycle support, timesheet operations, compliance documentation, and employee relations for our US workforce. This person will act as the bridge between recruiters, payroll, management, and consultants.
Key Responsibilities
1. Consultant Onboarding & Compliance
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for W2, 1099, and C2C consultants
- Collect and validate employment documents
- Handle work authorization, client paperwork, compliance forms, offer letters
- Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and joining readiness
- Ensure consultants start on time with zero compliance gaps
2. Timesheet & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor weekly/bi-weekly timesheet submissions
- Follow up with consultants, managers, and vendors on missing timesheets
- Resolve billing discrepancies, missed approvals, and payroll escalations
- Coordinate with finance/payroll teams for accurate payouts
3. Employee Relations & HR Support
- Act as first point of contact for employee concerns, policy questions, attendance issues, and escalations
- Support engagement, retention, and consultant satisfaction
- Conduct check-ins with consultants after joining
- Manage exit formalities, offboarding, and documentation
4. HR Operations & Reporting
- Maintain employee records in ATS/HRMS/CRM systems
- Track onboarding metrics, timesheet compliance, attrition, escalations
- Support audits and internal process improvements
Must Have Skills
- Strong understanding of US staffing
- Knowledge of W2, 1099, C2C, I-9, E-Verify
- Experience in timesheet management and payroll coordination
- Strong escalation handling and consultant communication
- Ability to work in US shifts
