🚀 We’re Hiring: US HR Operations Executive (Junior & Senior Roles)
📍 Chennai (Navalur) | 🌎 US Market | 🕒 Night Shift
We are hiring US HR Operations Executives at both Junior (2+ years) and Senior (5+ years) levels to join our growing HR team in Chennai. If you have strong experience in US HR operations, payroll, compliance, and onboarding, we’d love to connect with you!
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations: onboarding, orientation, transfers, and offboarding
Handle benefits administration including open enrollment
Maintain accurate employee records & HR data aligned with US compliance
Ensure adherence to US labor laws (EEO, FMLA, ACA, etc.) and support audits
Work closely with payroll teams for US payroll processing
Manage compliance documentation such as W2 & I-9 forms
Update and communicate HR policies & procedures
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and support employee relations
Drive process improvements, reporting, and HR metrics
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Junior Role:
2+ years of experience in US HR Operations / HR Generalist roles
Senior Role:
5+ years of experience with strong expertise in compliance, payroll & stakeholder management
Must-Have Skills (Both Levels):
Hands-on experience in Benefits Administration & Onboarding
Strong knowledge of US Payroll processing
Experience handling W2, I-9 documentation & compliance
Familiarity with US labor laws & HR compliance frameworks
Experience with HRMS/ATS tools (Workday, ADP, etc. – preferred)
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
🕒 Shift Timing:
6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
