US Housing Consultants, a growing national consulting firm, is currently seeking a
Compliance Analyst to join our team. This is a
100% remote, full-time position, perfect for someone passionate about affordable housing compliance.
About The Role
As a Compliance Analyst, you’ll work with clients across the country to ensure resident file compliance, adherence to regulatory agreements, review of waiting lists and policies, and collaborate with site staff. If you're meticulous, knowledgeable, and enjoy helping others navigate the complexities of affordable housing programs—this could be the right opportunity for you.
What We’re Looking For
Industry Experience & Certifications:
- In-depth knowledge of HUD and LIHTC programs
- Bonus: Familiarity with USDA/RD, HOME, or Public Housing programs
- At least two (2) industry certifications (HUD, LIHTC, USDA, etc.), or one (1) certification with equivalent experience
- Minimum of three (3) years auditing HUD/LIHTC files
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and basic math skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in computer systems; Salesforce experience a plus
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently

Position Details
- Work Location: Remote
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (40 hours/week)
- Pay Range: $25.00–$27.00/hour
