Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a US-Healthcare Voice and Accent Trainer based in Bengaluru. The Voice and Accent Trainer will facilitate and deliver training sessions focusing on improving spoken English proficiency, accent neutralization, and communication skills for employees in the context of the US healthcare industry. The role involves evaluating trainees’ progress, conducting assessments, providing feedback, and tailoring instructional approaches to align with individual learning needs. Additionally, the trainer will develop training materials and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that training objectives align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Vocal Coaching, Vocal Instruction, and conducting Voice Lessons.
- Knowledge and experience in Music Theory and Music Education as related to voice development.
- Proficiency in teaching pronunciation, enunciation, and linguistic nuances specific to a US healthcare environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse learners.
- Experience in designing and delivering impactful training programs.
- Ability to assess and monitor progress, and customize learning plans accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Linguistics, Education, or a related field; certifications in voice and accent training or ESL are advantageous.
- Previous experience in the healthcare or customer service industry is a plus.
