Role Description This is a full-time, on-site US Healthcare Recruiter | Permanent role based in Vadodara. The recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for permanent US healthcare positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers. Day-to-day responsibilities include proactively searching for talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking; conducting structured candidate assessments; coordinating interviews; and managing offer negotiation and onboarding coordination in collaboration with internal teams. The role also involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring compliance with client-specific and regulatory requirements, and providing timely updates to candidates and stakeholders. The recruiter will partner closely with account managers and clients to understand role requirements, market trends, and hiring priorities, while contributing to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; Minimum 6+ months of US Healthcare Experience preferred.
- Strong expertise in US Healthcare Staffing and recruiting for permanent roles, with an understanding of clinical and non-clinical healthcare position requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in Recruiting and Hiring, including full-cycle recruitment, candidate evaluation, and offer management for US-based roles.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and provide a positive experience for candidates and clients.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven staffing environment, managing multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) for sourcing and pipeline development.
- Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills, with attention to detail and adherence to recruitment processes and compliance standards.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams, and to work on-site in the Vadodara office.
