Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter with a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting Travel Nursing and Allied Healthcare professionals for the US market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, screening, negotiating offers, and managing candidates through onboarding while meeting client requirements and recruitment targets.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US Healthcare positions.
- Source, screen, interview, and submit qualified candidates for Travel Nursing and Allied Healthcare roles.
- Recruit for positions including Registered Nurses (RN), CT Tech, MRI Tech, Rad Tech, Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Respiratory Therapist (RRT), Surgical Technologist, Cath Lab Tech, IR Tech, and other Allied Healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
- Review job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on experience, licensure, certifications, and client expectations.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure all required documentation, licenses, certifications, and compliance requirements are completed before onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets, including calls, submissions, interviews, offers, and starts.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals for future opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
- Strong experience recruiting Travel Nursing and Allied Healthcare professionals.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment.
- Excellent sourcing skills using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Vivian, and other job portals.
- Good understanding of US healthcare staffing, licensure, credentialing, and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and recruitment reporting.
