Job Title: US Healthcare Recruiter – Nursing & Allied Healthcare

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter with strong expertise in Nursing and Allied Healthcare staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting healthcare professionals such as Registered Nurses (RN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN), Nurse Practitioners (NP), Medical Assistants (MA), Allied Healthcare professionals, and other clinical roles within the US healthcare market.
The recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end healthcare recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, credential coordination, candidate management, and successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle the complete US Healthcare recruitment lifecycle.
• Recruit for Registered Nurses (RN), CNA, LPN/LVN, Nurse Practitioners (NP), Medical Assistants (MA), Allied Health professionals, Care Coordinators, Behavioral Health, and other healthcare roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, Vivian, ZipRecruiter, JobDiva, Ceipal, and other healthcare staffing platforms.
• Screen healthcare professionals based on clinical experience, certifications, licenses, location, availability, and compensation expectations.
• Verify nursing licenses, certifications, credentials, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with clients, hospitals, healthcare facilities, and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of nursing and healthcare professionals.
• Work on Direct Client, MSP, VMS, and Healthcare staffing requirements.
• Maintain ATS records, candidate trackers, and recruitment reports.
• Meet recruitment targets and closure goals consistently.
Required Skills
• 2–6 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
• Strong experience recruiting RN, CNA, LPN/LVN, NP, Allied Healthcare, and nursing professionals.
• Good understanding of nursing specialties, healthcare certifications, and licensing requirements.
• Knowledge of US work authorization types (USC, GC, EAD, H1B, etc.).
• Knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms.
• Experience using ATS tools and healthcare staffing platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Candidates who have predominantly worked on Nursing requirements such as RN, CNA, LPN/LVN, NP, and other healthcare staffing roles will be highly preferred.
• Prior experience supporting State Government Healthcare clients, Public Health Departments, State Hospitals, Medicaid, Behavioral Health, or Government Healthcare programs will be a major advantage.
• Experience handling high-volume healthcare hiring projects.
• Existing network/database of healthcare professionals is preferred.
