Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a US Healthcare Recruiter. The primary responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for healthcare positions, sourcing and evaluating candidates, coordinating interviews, and providing exceptional candidate and client experiences. The recruiter will also maintain strong communication with hiring managers, understand client staffing needs, and ensure timely placement of top-quality talent.
Qualifications
- Experience in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting processes
- Proficiency in Hiring best practices and candidate evaluation
- Demonstrated strength in Customer Service and relationship management
- Strong verbal and written Communication skills
- Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Understanding of US healthcare market dynamics is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
