Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Recruiter for a full-time, on-site position located in Vadodara. The recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing healthcare professionals for various openings. Daily responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining effective communication with candidates, building strong client relationships, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and meet recruitment goals effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Healthcare Recruitment
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Graduate in any field
- Onsite work is required
- Must be comfortable working night shifts
- Willing to work 9-hour shifts
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
