HonorVet Technologies is expanding its Healthcare Recruitment team and looking for passionate recruiters with experience in US Healthcare Staffing!
📍 Location: Mohali (Onsite)
🕒 Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)
💼 Experience: 1–5 Years
📅 Working Days: 5 Days a Week
🔹 Role Overview:
The role involves handling end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare requirements and working closely with clients and candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end US Healthcare Recruitment
• Source and recruit RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Therapists, Allied Healthcare Professionals, and other medical staff
• Work on Direct Client, MSP/VMS requirements, and job portals
• Screen candidates based on experience, compliance, and eligibility
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate engagement
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate successful placements
• Maintain ATS updates and recruitment records
• Meet recruitment targets and KPIs
🔹 Required Skills:
• Experience in US Healthcare Staffing
• Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed & LinkedIn
• Knowledge of MSP/VMS processes and ATS systems
• Strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills
• Understanding of US work authorization and healthcare compliance
✨ Preferred:
Candidates with experience in healthcare compliance and strong knowledge of healthcare roles/specialties will be preferred.
