Healthcare Recruiter (US Market)Experience Required: 2–5 Years

About the RoleDigifinity is looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter who has hands-on experience working on US healthcare requirements and understands the complete recruitment lifecycle for the healthcare industry.
We are specifically looking for someone who understands healthcare staffing processes, compliance requirements, sourcing strategies, and candidate coordination within the US market.
This role is not suitable for freshers.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare requirements
- Source healthcare professionals through:
- LinkedIn
- Indeed
- Job boards
- Internal databases
- Boolean search techniques
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Understand and work on:
- W2
- C2C
- 1099 requirements
- Coordinate interviews, submissions, and follow-ups with candidates
- Work on MSP/VMS requirements and portals
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS records
- Ensure proper communication with candidates across US time zones
- Maintain daily submission and recruitment activity targets
Required Skills & QualificationsExperience- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment
- Ideal experience range: 3–5 years
Healthcare Recruitment KnowledgeCandidates should have understanding of recruiting for roles such as:
- Registered Nurses (RN)
- LPN/LVN
- CNA
- Medical Assistants
- Therapists
- Allied Healthcare professionals
- Other healthcare staffing roles
Technical Recruitment SkillsStrong understanding of:
- Boolean search
- Resume screening
- Healthcare job requirement analysis
- Candidate sourcing strategies
Process & Platform KnowledgeHands-on experience with:
- VMS submissions
- ATS platforms
- Candidate tracking systems
MSP / VMS Experience (Critical)Experience working on:
- Fieldglass
- Beeline
- Other VMS/MSP portals
Communication Skills- Strong spoken English
- Professional candidate communication
- Confidence in handling calls with US-based candidates
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working in offshore delivery/RPO models
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
- Experience with fast turnaround hiring environments
- Understanding of healthcare compliance and documentation
