We are hiring for our client. a motivated and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals to meet client needs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven to meet recruiting goals.
Responsibilities:
• Source, recruit, and interview healthcare professionals (CNAs, LPNs, RNs, Pharmacists, etc.)
• Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications
• Verify licenses, certifications, and credentials
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure compliance with client requirements
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Meet weekly and monthly placement goals
Qualifications:
• Previous recruiting experience required (healthcare staffing preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with healthcare roles and credentialing is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or applicant tracking systems
Preferred:
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience with high-volume recruiting
