Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Bengaluru. The role involves managing customer interactions via various support channels, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, providing online and offline support, and ensuring prompt and accurate responses. The role requires effectively managing workloads while enhancing the customer experience through efficient communication and proactive service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Online Support and delivering assistance through digital customer service platforms.
- Technical Support skills with the ability to resolve queries and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to interact with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain a high-standard of professionalism.
- Experience in handling customer queries for the US Healthcare industry is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
