Job Description:
Processed high-volume text, audio, speech, image, and video data for AI/ML training and validation.
• Maintained 95–97% data accuracy through SOP adherence, QA frameworks, and structured auditing.
Evaluated human- and AI-generated prompt-response pairs for accuracy, clarity, relevance, and intent alignment.
• Partnered with technical and operations teams to resolve data-quality issues and improve workflows.
• Served as a subject-matter resource for onboarding and mentoring, supporting a 25-member team.
• Delivered international customer support across chat, voice, email, and ticketing channels while meeting quality and SLA goals.
