Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Bengaluru. The Customer Support Executive will assist US-based healthcare clients by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional customer service across multiple channels. Daily responsibilities include resolving customer concerns, ensuring high satisfaction levels, and maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
- Experience with Online Support and managing customer inquiries through digital channels
- Strong skills in Technical Support and troubleshooting solutions for complex issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism under pressure
- Basic understanding of the US healthcare system and terminology is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
