Role Description
The US Healthcare Customer Support Executive is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Executive will provide support through various channels such as phone, email, or chat. In addition to delivering excellent service, the candidate will assist with technical troubleshooting, maintain accurate records of interactions, and work collaboratively with team members to uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Online Support and providing responsive assistance
- Technical Support experience to address basic troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Familiarity with healthcare processes and terminology is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a bonus
