Job Description: F&A Operations Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical US Financial & Accounting Operations Analyst to support multiple finance functions including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), expense & Revenue processing. This role requires a flexible professional who can rotate across processes, ensure continuity during peak volumes, and contribute to process improvements.
#Key_Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable & Revenue Oversight -
- Assist with outstanding accounts receivables balances and support escalated collection efforts.
- Create related receivable statements and reporting as needed
Accounts Payable & Expense -
- Management Review the processing of vendor invoices to ensure proper coding, approvals, and compliance with internal controls.
Financial Reporting & Analysis -
- Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual US financial reports as needed.
- Assist with variance analysis and ad-hoc financial requests.
- Generate standard reports from accounting systems
Cross-Functional Collaboration -
Perform other related duties as assigned to include, but not limited to, departmental billings as needed.
SPECIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES -
- Strong understanding of basic US accounting principles (US GAAP knowledge a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-service oriented mindset.
Educational Qualification -
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance or related field
Experience -
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial operations
System & Connectivity Requirements -
- Device: Windows-based laptop (mandatory)
- OS: Windows 10 or Windows 11
- Screen: Minimum i5-inch display, Full HD (1920 × 1080) or higher
- Processor: Intel Core i5 (8th Gen or above) or equivalent
- RAM: Minimum 8 GB (16 GB recommended)
- Internet: Minimum 100 Mbps high-speed broadband (mandatory)
- Remote Access Tool: AnyDesk (pre-installed and configured)
- Power Backup: UPS/Inverter recommended for uninterrupted work
