Job Summary:
We are looking for a mid to senior-level Finance professional with strong experience in US accounting and banking coordination. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in QuickBooks, sound knowledge of US GAAP, and the ability to manage financial operations independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes using QuickBooks
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP standards
- Handle banking activities, coordinate with banks, and resolve financial matters proactively
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting
Key Requirements:
- Experience in Finance & Accounts (US process preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience in QuickBooks (Mandatory)
- Good understanding of US GAAP
- Professional certification preferred: CA / ICWA
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in banking coordination and financial operations
